Our new product VINO RARO (Amber Wine)

Dear Wine lovers!

We are delighted to presented our new product VINO RARO (Amber Wine). This wine is produced from 60% Bayan Shira and 40% Rkatsiteli both coming from the best grapes selected among our oldest vineyards. Vino Raro wine is made in amber style, using the oldest method to produce wine among Caucasian region. In that time, white wine was fermented in amphora keeping skins during whole fermentation period (up to 12 months), Chabiant has studied profoundly and taken the potential of this antique method to produce Vino Raro.

Chabiant Vino Raro preserve an antique charm and taste while respiting the modern winemaking needs and bringing to the light a unique wine from the past. The combination of amber methods with the modern winemaking brings about an extraordinary and unique taste which is not present in the regular white wine.
