Terroir

Chabiant Terroir is located in Ismayilly, one of the best terroirs in Azerbaijan, at the altitude from 600 to 1000 meters and is about 270 hectares. The temperature is just right for the wine grapes, dropping between sunny days and chilly nights during summer. The soil is clay-loamy and has a lot of minerality and structure as the terroir has no artificial irrigation, water comes from melted snow tops of neighboring mountains which are the southern slopes of Caucasus the Great.
